Production of wholesale dried pineapples
The drying process begins with the selection of suitable fresh pineapple fruits. Only mature fruits are used in the production of dried pineapples. Then, the pineapples are washed in special wash basins and cut with an electric machine. After slicing the pineapples, the drying process begins, reducing the moisture content of the fruits to 85%.
