Production of wholesale dried strawberries
Before drying, strawberries are selected, washed in special washing machines. Fresh strawberries contain about 90-92% water. During drying, the water inside the fruit evaporates, and only the strawberries pulp remains. Therefore, from 12 kg of fresh strawberries, 1 kg of dehydrated strawberries is obtained. Strawberries are dried in drying machines at 55-70 degrees.
